Lydia Agbobidi · Visibility and community strategy

Visibility Strategist for Women in Business

I help women in business explain what they do clearly, become easier to find, and build visibility through the right mix of community, content and digital strategy.

You may be posting regularly and still feel as though the right people do not know you exist. You might have a strong business but an unclear website, a busy social profile that is hard to understand, or a community full of potential that needs more structure.

More content is not always the answer. I help you see where your current visibility is breaking down, decide what is worth improving, and build a presence people can understand and return to.

Who I help

I work with women entrepreneurs, founders, coaches, consultants, creators and service providers who want a clearer and more sustainable way to be seen. I have a particular interest in supporting women over 45 who bring years of experience to their work and want their online presence to reflect it.

You can be at the beginning of your business or ready to rethink what you have already built. The starting point is understanding what you offer, whom it helps and how someone can find you.

What we can work on

Clear positioning

Make it easier to explain your expertise, your audience and the value of your work across your website, profiles and introductions.

Discoverability

Look at the places people might find you, from your website and articles to relevant directories and business profiles, and identify gaps worth fixing.

Community strategy

Use conversations, group structure and trusted relationships to create visibility that does not disappear after one post.

Practical AI

Use AI to support research, planning and clearer content while keeping your expertise and judgement in charge. Start with my beginner’s guide.

I cannot promise a particular Google position or an AI recommendation. I can help you make your public presence clearer and give people more useful reasons to understand and trust your work.

Why work with me?

I founded WomenBizHub and the Women in Business Community, which has grown to more than 31,000 members. I am a Meta Certified Community Manager and have built practical visibility opportunities through community, a business directory, publishing and education.

My work combines the strategic question, “How will the right people find and understand you?” with the human one, “How can you stay visible in a way that works for your life and business?”

Questions people often ask

Do I need to post every day to become more visible?

No. The better question is whether the right people can understand your offer, find a useful place to learn more and recognise your expertise over time.

Do you only work with women over 45?

No. I support women in business more broadly, with a particular focus on the experience and needs of women over 45.

Can you make ChatGPT recommend my business?

Nobody can guarantee that. We can work on clear, accurate public information that makes your business easier for people, search engines and AI tools to understand.
